WinPebble applications

Our product policy is local file processing, no user-data collection, no in-app advertising, and no unnecessary background services. PNG to JPG v1.0.0 processes images locally without telemetry or network operations in its conversion, installation, or uninstall scripts.

Conversion files are intended to remain on your computer. The website does not provide an upload or online conversion service.

This website

This website adds no analytics, advertising scripts, marketing cookies, contact forms, or account database. It does not store search queries: tool search and category filters run in your browser.

The hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, for delivering and securing the site. This is distinct from data collected by WinPebble applications.

Language preference

English pages use the root URL and Vietnamese pages use /vi/. The language switcher opens the corresponding page in the selected language. We remember manual language choices in local storage and a preference cookie, but do not automatically redirect explicit page URLs based on location or browser language. We do not request GPS access or use an external geolocation service.

Links to other websites

Third-party websites, including GitHub, which hosts our downloads, and dependency projects, operate under their own policies. Check those policies before using their services.

Future changes

If advertising, donation services, paid products, or analytics are added, this policy will be updated before those features are enabled. Any required privacy choices will be presented at that time.
